How to use the support service:
Before contacting us and sending us an email, please read carefully:
1) We only consider requests for Technical Support from minimum interventions of 24h. Our hourly fee is 80€/h.
2) We receive a lot of help requests for topics we have already covered in the blog. So we ask you to first search Magentiamo if there is already an article on there explaining how to solve your problem.
3) If you have a direct support request such as: I can't import products how can I do it? Or, my login doesn't work, can you help me? We ask you to reply in a comment in the related article or write on the Italian Magento community facebook group.
